DAY 207: Dirty Thirty.

Moving right a long! Today I made some Eggs Florentine for K and the Roomie. Giada is amazing and I love making her dishes! Instead of using an English Muffin I used Heirloom Tomatoes topped it with spinach, onion, shaved Pecorino cheese, pouched egg and crispy Prosciutto on top! I wonder what I will come up with next!
