DAY 185: Groundhog Day
The groundhog definitely saw its shadow and that means 6 more weeks of winter in SoCal. Technically when you are living in this area it doesn’t count because our weather is amazing 24/7 except when it rains. Today felt like spring weather and it was just beautiful out! K and I spent the day having brunch at Crepe World and boy did we learn our lesson. We both ordered a sandwich crepe and we figured the dessert crepe was going to be a much smaller size. WRONG! Our dessert crepe was the same size as our sandwich!!
The next time we go back we are going to share! After stuffing ourselves with crepes I dropped the car off at the house and we decided to burn off the crepes walking downtown so K can find something to wear this weekend ;). I don’t know how many hours we spent but we were already hungry for some sushi! The roomie treated us out to Meijo Sushi in IB (Imperial Beach) and took us to the Silver Strand which connects SD to Coronado. Tonight was a relaxing day and tomorrow will be another! :D
