DAY 237: Welcome Home Lover!

Wednesday: I woke up at 930am. Got a msg from the gf to pick her up before I head to work so she can get herself a mani/pedi by my work at 945 lol. That meant I had to leave my house in 15 minutes! For one of K’s bday present* I got her tickets to see Circus de Soleil Kooza! If you never been to any of the shows I highly recommend it! Moving right a long! Today I made some Eggs Florentine for K and the Roomie. Giada is amazing and I love making her dishes! Instead of using an English Muffin I used Heirloom Tomatoes topped it with spinach, onion, shaved Pecorino cheese, pouched egg and crispy Prosciutto on top! I wonder what I will come up with next!
