Today is the big day and I’m just HAPPY that this day finally has arrived! I promise to do a recap for this weekend and it should be the final blog of the navy life in 6 months.
I personally want to thank GOD for keeping my husband and his shipmates safe.
I’m very grateful/thankful to have a strong marriage with my husband. We had our ups and downs during this deployment. I still can’t believe we made it this far! Go TEAM CUMBA!
To my family and friends back at home thank you for being so supportive and to the ones that doubted AND STILL in doubt…I’m still standing next to my husband!
To my San Diego FAM & FRIENDS that I’ve gotten to know THANK YOU sooo much for being there for me especially when I was going through my down times.
Last but not least: To K… Ever since we started this blog we have been through a lot and I MEAN A LOT together!! LOL! Thank you so much for being there for me always. I’m glad i had/have you here with me while Andee was away. Their are so many things to look forward too!! I really hope what you told me works out!! No more H and W LOL!!!

Wednesday: I woke up at 930am. Got a msg from the gf to pick her up before I head to work so she can get herself a mani/pedi by my work at 945 lol. That meant I had to leave my house in 15 minutes! I thought I was going to rush but I didn’t. I had enough time to get “starbruks” lol. Work was the usual = s l o w.
After work, the Renzas met up. I had a quick dinner, their left over from Shogun! Time was winding down so I took them to the border. We all left with a lil something or a lot lol. I might have to return one item but we shall see! I got the hubby something for his welcome home present. He better like it! I know he will lol!
We took pictures by the fence so Criza and Bren can say that they were at the border line of Mexico! On the way back to the city the roomie invited us out to Radio Room (dive bar) we didn’t stay long because Bren had a date with Torrey at 6am lol. I wonder if he made it lol. Before we stopped home we picked up Carne Asada Fries and a California Burrito! What a good way to end the night and gf tipsy after 4 jager bombs LOL!!
Right now its 813am I’ve been up since 730 because I can’t believe the big day is tomorrow!!!! I have so much to do after I’m off at work. I’m going to try to get things done before I head into work also. I have one more day of blogging and this has been one hell of a deployment ride! The blog will continue but with a different name. I still want to keep my family and friends in the loop of what I’ve been up too! Or I should now say “we” now haha! If I have time tomorrow I will post up the final blog but we shall see lol ;)
Monday: Gf Criza & Bf Bren flew into San Diego. They had a very interesting mishap in Chicago as well as their arrival in San Diego. I don’t want to go into detail of the story and I’m sure they don’t want to be reminded of it either. I’m just happy they are here and I can’t wait until they become Californians next month! We were suppose to go to Crepe World but since their was some sort of delay aka bad customer service we ended up at Dennys! Afterwards had to call it a night because I had to work and they had to sign their lease papers :).
Tuesday: Work was slow as usual. I met up with the gang and headed up to El Cajon to do some gun shooting! I’ve wanted to do something like this and I can actually say it was fun and wouldn’t mind doing it again! After the gun shoot we went to Crepe World, hit a few golf balls inside the hotel room, and called it a night. Another work day in the morning and who knows what will get ourselves into!
Sorry for the lack of updates on my end. I’m excited (not tooo tooo excited yet) my other half will be home soon! Aaahhhh!! That’s it! Life in SD is going great! :)
Mostly ran some errands today and I still have a lot of plenty things to do!!!
GF Criza and BF BrenDAN fly in tomorrow woooohooooo!!!!!!!!!! =)
Just downloaded the Tumblr to my BB and I can easily update through my phone now instead of logging on the comp if I can’t get to it! :)
So……..
New Moon came out on Blu-Ray and I failed to pick up a copy after I got off from work! Their is always tomorrow! :)
Only one more week to go!! Crunch time and so much to do before he gets home!
The girls and I enjoyed our fun on St. Patty’s in the Gaslamp district. Fun times and that’s all I’m going to say about that! :)
